The Mission of Friends of Putterham:

Friends of Putterham is an advisory group of engaged community members organized to promote, improve, expand access to, and sustain Putterham. We serve the Brookline community by advocating for a welcoming, well-maintained, high-quality public golf course that offers accessible, inclusive, and enjoyable golf, open space, and recreational opportunities for citizens of all ages and abilities—while ensuring fiscal responsibility and the long-term sustainability of the course and its facilities.

Friends of Putterham partners with course management and the Town of Brookline to advocate for real improvements, expand access, and ensure the course is well-run for years to come. Whether you’ve been coming here for years or have never set foot on the fairway, there’s something here for you.
